Stone Italiana – recomposed stone
Stone Italiana recomposed stone is an aesthetic and distinguished innovation within natural stone.
Recomposed stone, is as the name indicates a designed stone produced from recomposed quartz achieved by mixing crushed quartz with app. 6-7 polyester resin vacuum manufactured into slabs. The stone is available in all desired colours both organic and non-organic with amazing inserts such as mother of pearl, glass- and mirror fragments, metal shavings, and precious lapislazuli.
Recomposed stone is ideal for flooring, interior and exterior cladding, step treads and risers, skirting, kitchen and bathroom counter tops.
Stone Italiana recomposed stone is maintenance-free as the surface is 100% dense. It is furthermore grease, acid and heat resistant just as it is water repellent, which means that the stone requires limited cleaning only.
We have selected 12 types from the extensive and exciting Stone Italiana recomposed stone program (marked 1.). New types will be presented twice a year.
We presented in July 2003 five new colours: Christobal and Ash – both available with an either polished or honed surface and Jaipur Anis, Jaipur Vanilla and Jaipur Pepper - all with a rougher surface.
